Recently in the United Kingdom the Fraudulent Mediums Act of 1951 was changed.  This new law regarding all psychics and mediums came into force on Monday 26th May 2008

You may be aware that the Fraudulent Mediums Act of 1951 was recently abolished and Clairvoyance and many types of healing now come under the Consumer Protection Act, also the EU unfair commercial practice directive
Due to the new laws introduced in may of this year (2008)
